We eat like royalty while camping what can I say

Small sample of the food cooked during our camping trip. I didn’t take nearly as many pictures as I normally do. We had no cell service so for the most part I never had my phone on me and I wasn’t going to go grab it just to take a picture. We had breakfast burritos and sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers, street tacos, shrimp and scallops, chicken legs with fried potatoes.

Any one got an opinion on picking up a used griddle on the cheap and re-seasoning it? Worth the effort to save some money or just wait until they go on sale and get a new one? I am thinking about getting a large one and dedicating for home use and then using the 28" for camping only.

This is what happens when you have a dinner idea already in motion when you realize it’s cinco de Mayo and flip the script to make it a little Mexican like. I present you chicken bacon ranch quesadilla’s (the pierogis where cooked and saved for another day)

How do you handle the grease? Is there a built in grease catch? Cool idea for winter griddling but I'd probably make a huge mess!
